From Clients (via Intake Form)
When you submit our intake form, we collect:

- Accident details (date of accident, fault determination, injury status)
- Medical treatment information (whether you have sought or are receiving treatment)
From Attorneys (via Account Signup)
When you create an attorney account, we collect:
- Email address
- Password (stored only in hashed form — we never store or have access to your plaintext password)
- Authentication metadata (login timestamps, session information)
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit the Site, our servers may automatically log standard technical information, including:

- Device type
We do not currently use any analytics tools, advertising trackers, or third-party tracking technologies on the Site.

- All passwords are hashed using Supabase Auth — we never store plaintext passwords
- Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant
- All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
7. Data Retention
We retain client information for as long as necessary to operate the marketplace and fulfill our legal obligations.
Attorney account information is retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period after deactivation to resolve any outstanding matters.

The Site is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
